The company was formerly known as UltraTech CemCo Limited and changed its name to UltraTech Cement Limited in October 2004. UltraTech Cement Limited was incorporated in 2000 and is based in Mumbai, India. The company operates as a subsidiary of Grasim Industries Limited.
